Our AI-powered chatbot can offer a listening ear, answer questions related to sexual orientation or gender identity, and provide information on LGBTQ-specific topics such as coming out, self-acceptance, and navigating societal challenges.

Our Focus
Equality for All
Around the world, people are under attack for who they are. Recent studies find that many LGBTQ+ people continue to face discrimination in their personal lives, employment, housing, and health care, as well as in the public sphere.
Outbox is continuing the fight for equality by envisioning a world strengthened by diversity, where our laws and society treat all people equally,
Safety at school
Schools nationwide are hostile environments for a distressing number of LGBTQ+ students, the overwhelming majority of whom routinely hear anti-LGBTQ+ language and experience victimization and discrimination at school. As a result, many LGBTQ+ students avoid school activities or miss school entirely.
Life at home
About 40% of homeless youth in America identify as LGBTQ and often end up on the streets because they are rejected by their family members. 41% of trans adults have reported attempting suicide, followed by 10% to 20% of LGB adults.
Harassment at work
Half of LGBTQ+ adults reported experiencing some form of workplace discrimination or harassment because of their sexual orientation, including being fired; being denied a promotion; having their work hours cut; or experiencing verbal, physical, or sexual harassment.
Housing discrimination
Years after marriage equality became a reality nationwide, over half of U.S. states could still deny LGBTQ+ Americans basic freedoms like the right to rent a home or the ability to receive public goods and services simply because of who they love or who they are.

Barriers to healthcare
In 37 states, insurance companies can discriminate based on sexual and gender identity. The LGBTQ+ community continues to fight for better access to healthcare, and for equal treatment by doctors and health insurance companies that can block individuals’ access to care they need.
Anti-LGBTQ+ legislation
In the last few years, states have advanced a record number of bills that attack LGBTQ rights, especially transgender youth. State legislatures are advancing bills that target transgender people, limit local protections, and allow the use of religion to discriminate.
